Phase III of the Minzhong Sewage Treatment Plant, the first "rapid groundbreaking" project of sewage treatment and utilities in Zhongshan, started construction on September 7.
All petrol stations in Zhongshan shall complete the transition to China VIB gasoline (including E10 ethanol) and update their label by December 31, 2022.
