The world-famous China Broadcasting Chinese Orchestra together with Jiang Kemei, a renowned Chinese violin performer, Yuan Jie, a pianist, and Li Yuhe, a violinist, sent festive wishes to Zhongshan citizens with warm, happy, classical, and traditional music.
Ye Huiling, a teacher from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School in Zhongshan, received her first invitation to participate in the Art Capital 2019 held in Paris. She brought her work, entitled "The Early Bird Ⅵ," to the event.
The 30-day winter holiday ended on February 18. This year is the "Year of Pig" on the lunar calendar. The characters and cartoons that relate to the "pig" appeared in schools.
On February 17, the Han Culture Garden Party, set in Yarra City, was hosted by the Zhongshan Han Culture Promotion Association. Citizens came to the event to experience "Hanfu." They played Touhu games, made lanterns, painted masks and paper fans, guessed riddles, and made glue puddings.
