A total of 1,497 overseas individuals from 45 societies in 11 countries and regions, such as the US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, the UK, and Japan, as well as Hong Kong and Macao, will join this year's parade.
"City Light Spot" is an unattended bookstore. From face recognition and QR code scanning to selecting goods and self-serviced payment, the shopping experience will be completed entirely by its customers.
This year's parade will start at 10:00 a.m. on February 19. Nearly 250 teams and up to 20,000 people have already signed up to participate in the event.
Cultural facilities including Zhongshan Library, Zhongshan Museum and etc, as well as recreational service centers in township areas will be open to the public for free.
