Zhongshan recently held the first Shiqi Pigeon Cooking Competition. More than 80 chefs from local restaurants cooked pigeon dishes with varying techniques.
The 5-day event will include such activities as photography contest, food carnival, performance show, camping and music festival and consumption promotion campaign.
